Go play adventures and get rares. Good rares, like fox hats.
Get lots of rares. Lots of good rares. People don't want RIM items. Try to get a couple of fox hats or NM bows.
Go to Aldan and trade people for something you want. Another tip: try to get epic plushies. People love those and will trade even headdresses to get them.
Don't trade them for massive rare stuff likes betas or rare spiked collars. Trade for stuff like a non-rare headdress. Trade them something like a couple of fox hats and bows. Another way: If you have an unwanted epic plushie, try to trade it for a headdress. They will most likely accept.
You have a headdress. You can keep it. But you have to start over and follow the steps at the top again to find another headdress. Once you have two headdresses, go to Aldan and see if anyone wants it. Try to trade it for something like a non-rare worn blanket(it can't be black; black worns are very rare).
